A Phnom Penh teenager was seriously injured in a drive-by shooting in Meanchey district on Monday.

According to police, an eyewitness saw the victim driving his moto down the street when three men on two motos pulled alongside, drew a gun and shot the young man before escaping.

Bloody and unconscious, the victim was taken to hospital, where he awoke and told police that he had had an argument with the men in bar, and provided descriptions of his attackers. Deum Ampil
