Police in Pursat town on Sunday caught up with four men who stole a car last week. The vehicle’s owner filed a complaint with police on Thursday, when he emerged from a market to find his wheels missing, police said.

By the time the man began shouting for help, the suspects had already driven away in the car. One witness was able to describe the suspects to police, however. Police spotted the stolen car on Sunday, with all four suspects inside. KOH SANTEPHEAP
