Sloppy driving has been the downfall of yet another alleged Phnom Penh criminal. Police who intervened at the scene of a Tuol Kork district accident on Sunday say that the speeding man responsible was also a moto thief.

Turns out there had been an outstanding warrant for him on robbery charges since 2010, when he fled a court date. So far, he is still denying the allegations. NOKORWAT
