Cat burglars poison two dogs, steal tractor

A village chief is mourning the death of his dogs and the loss of his homemade tractor after a particularly cruel robbery in Poipet on Wednesday.

Police said the victim’s two dogs were fed poisoned meat in the dead of night, silencing their potential barks and allowing the thief (or thieves) to abscond with the tractor. Cops say myriad suspects exist in the border town. DEUM AMPIL
