Catch me if you Kandal: victim gets bike back

A theft victim may finally be reunited with his motorbike after more than seven long years.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at his home in Kandal province’s Ang Snuol district on Saturday for stealing a motorbike from a victim in Kampong Cham province in 2007.

Police said that after many years they managed to catch the culprit after learning he had moved to Kandal province.

Police have sent the suspect to court.
