Cattle broker cowed into giving up his cash

Police in Prey Veng province’s Komchay Mear district are looking for two men accused of robbing a cattle broker of about $2,755 at gunpoint on Sunday.

Police said the seller, 39, was travelling to purchase livestock when the robbers blocked his way. The men flashed a firearm and demanded the broker empty his pockets.

His motorbike was also jacked and the victim said he was clueless as to how they knew about his bundle of cash. DEUM AMPIL
