Crackdowns against protesters haven’t accounted for all the recent violence in the capital’s Daun Penh district.
Two men, aged 24 and 25, were arrested yesterday, accused of punching a woman in the face to snatch her handbag and necklace.
According to police, the woman, 26, was on her way home from work when confronted. Security guards and passers-by saw what was unfolding and were able to apprehend the suspects. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
