An elderly American woman was being ferried around Phnom Penh in a tuk-tuk on Wednesday when a thieving duo sped by on a moto and snatched her handbag.

The tuk-tuk driver, however, quickly called to police stationed nearby. With the help of some moto taxi drivers, they chased down the robbers, who eventually crashed.
