Phnom Penh police found two men completely clean – before a urine test, that is.

Noticing the duo driving in Sen Sok district at 3am on Tuesday, cops stopped and searched them, saying it was an odd hour for a cruise.

Finding no weapons or other suspicious materials, officers checked their urine, which revealed they had recently used drugs.

They were arrested and now await their day in court.
