Construction workers try rock-armed robbery

Yesterday got off to a rocky start for three young men. After midnight, Por Sen Chey coppers spotted three loiterers on Hanoi Street in possession of “several large rocks”.

When officers inquired why each of them possessed a rock at such an hour, they took off running.

After being captured, officers learned that the suspects, aged 18, 22 and 36, were employed as construction workers but were moonlighting as primitively armed robbers.

Fortunately, the would-be thieves would not rock on that night.
