Cop moonlights in drug trade, gets arrested

A 30-year-old police officer was arrested on Monday for dealing drugs in Phnom Penh’s Chhbar Ampov district.

On Monday morning, after obtaining a warrant, police trailed the bad cop to a deserted area where he was packaging drugs into small baggies.

Police raided the premises, arrested him and confiscated a gun with eight bullets.

Police are now looking for accomplices.
