Cops have lottery boss’s number in market raid

Another Phnom Penh resident’s luck ran out at a local supermarket on Wednesday – ironic given that the man was arrested there for allegedly running an informal lottery ring.

Police said the suspect owned close to 10 different gambling dens where patrons bought into an illegal lottery scheme. Police picked up the perp as he made a shopping run, and sent him to court. Deum Ampil
