A pair of supposedly shady characters were apprehended in the wee hours yesterday morning for allegedly delivering drugs in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district.

Police said they spotted the men walking down the street and didn’t like the looks of them.

They asked them to stop, but the pair bolted instead.

Cops managed to catch up and arrest the men, who were allegedly carrying 17 packets of meth.

The suspects reportedly confessed and were sent to court.
