After a series of quick handoffs, a stolen bag remains missing, despite the teen snatchers being caught in Phnom Penh’s Boeung Raing commune.

Cops say two Australian women were out for a stroll on Monday when two 14-year-olds drove close and pulled a satchel away.

Nearby officers quickly caught wind and gave chase, apprehending the boys when they clipped a car and fell.

Unfortunately, the pubescent purloiners had already passed off the purse, but police still pushed them on to the station to press charges.
