Couple dress to the nines, lose thousands

A husband and wife dressed to impress for a big night on Koh Pich attracted the wrong kind of attention on Saturday.

Police said the couple, adorned with their finest bling for a wedding they attended, were discreetly followed on the way back to their Meanchey district house.

When they stopped to open the gate, two men held them at gunpoint and relieved them of jewellery and cash worth more than $3,000. Police are now on the lookout for the suspects. KOH SANTEPHEAP
