Criminal derring-do awful, yet impressive

After a long chase, police finally arrested a pair of thieves on Monday after they pulled off a Fast and Furious-style manoeuvre on a moving motorbike.

According to police, a man was riding his bike home in Kampong Speu’s Oddong district when the would-be stuntmen pulled alongside him.

One of them jumped onto the fast-moving moto while his accomplice simultaneously forced its driver off the bike.

Falling at high speed, the victim sustained serious injuries and was left bloodied on the road, while the duo flew away on the motos.

Local police gave chase, however, finally catching the thieves when their bikes ran out of fuel. Deum Ampil
