Cross-dressing teen caught muling meth

A 15-year-old transvestite was arrested for drugs possession in Phnom Penh yesterday.

Police noticed the youngster lurking outside a house at all manner of odd hours, and believed they may have been hiding something up their skirt.

Sure enough, a police search revealed 19 bags of meth, a discovery which landed the teen in Tuol Kork police station, where cops are now trying to ascertain their motive.
