Cunning switch plan not actually very cunning

A creative thief was arrested in Sen Sok district on Monday after he played the old moto switcheroo.

Like any good thief, however, he made sure the switch was value-added for himself, leaving a humble bicycle in the place of the moto he quietly tried to walk away with.

Cops stationed nearby asked him where his key was. He said he lost it, but a police call soon came through from the victim, and the ruse was up. KOH SANTEPHEAP
