Three high school students faced more than just their principal’s disappointment after they cut class to dance at a club on Friday.

When the students from Kandal’s Takhmao district stepped outside the club for fresh air, three of their classmates approached them with cleavers and wooden sticks.

One boy, 15, was severely beaten, and the other two sustained minor injuries. The suspects fled on motorbike. Locals told police many of the high-schoolers ditch class for the club. KOH SANTEPHEAP
