Dance floor falling out turns into swordfight

Two so-called “gangsters” were arrested in Banteay Meanchey’s Mongkol Borei district on Saturday after a bit of samurai-inflected dance-floor drama.

Police said the men were attending a festival near the Thai border when a dance floor row metastasised into a full-on swordfight.

Two of the alleged participants, one of them injured, weren’t able to escape the melee fast enough, and were picked up by nearby cops, who are hunting their chums.
