A school bus driver ended up being taught a lesson when he was arrested for conning his friend a student out of his motorbike in Phnom Penh’s Tonle Bassac commune yesterday.

Police say the suspect borrowed his friend’s ride then pawned it for $500, which he promptly lost on games of chance.

After being told about the loss when they met the next morning, the victim went to police hoping they could give the inveterate gambler some instruction.
