Dealers’ pleas fall on deaf ears in drug bust

A female drug dealer and her hearing-impaired client were picked up by Phnom Penh police on Monday.

The man was found with 10 tiny packages of illicit substance on his person, while the woman still had plenty of stock to sling before her arrest, with police confiscating an additional 12 bags of narcotics from her.

Despite the bountiful bust, police are continuing their investigation before they send the pair to court.
