‘Dealers’ say supply was just for getting high

Three men were arrested on Monday on suspicion of selling and consuming drugs in Phnom Penh’s Chbar Ampov district. Military police officers said they were patrolling the area and spotted five men acting suspiciously.

As the officers approached, the group fled. They managed to arrest three of them, and police found two small packages of yama. They told officers that they were users, not sellers, but the cops weren’t buying it. Police are searching for the other two. DEUM AMPIL
