Detectives make quick work of capital criminal

Hospitals can be stressful places, but they were doubly stressful for a capital man whose motorbike was stolen outside one on Monday.

Visiting his ill mother, the 36-year-old parked at the clinic but returned to find the moped missing.

He alerted authorities who collected evidence and tracked the thief to his home in Kandal province.

Sure enough, the suspect was caught and sent downtown while the scooter was returned to its owner.
