Two dogs at a house in Banteay Meanchey’s Phnom Srok district let down their guard down on Saturday to eat up poisoned grub offered by a particularly cruel thief.

The dogs died and the suspect, seeing the coast was clear, took the opportunity to make off with their owner’s moto, vanishing without a trace.
