Things have gone from high to low for a quartet in Stung Treng province after they were arrested on charges of drug use and dealing.
Police from the Stung Treng provincial anti-drug squad reported that they managed to apprehend the suspects, all in their twenties and thirties, after surrounding their house yesterday.
Realising that resistance was futile, the four reportedly confessed their guilt on both counts and police will send them to court.
