Five suspects were arrested after slinging decidedly non-medicinal drugs just outside the Lok Sang Hospital in Phnom Penh.

A woman and four men were arrested as they were dealing in front of the medical centre on Tuesday.

Police confiscated two big bags of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia from the suspects, four of whom were both jobless and homeless.
