A night on the beers spiralled out of control for a man in Siem Riep on Wednesday, after he was shot by his drinking buddy for reasons unknown.

Hearing the shot ring out, a neighbour went to the victim’s house to find him on the ground in a pool of blood with a fresh hole in his back.

The suspect fled the scene and is currently wanted by authorities while the victim is receiving treatment at hospital.
