Driver fails at the ‘run’ aspect of hit-and-run

Two local men are recovering in hospital after sustaining severe injuries in a Saturday night traffic accident. Police said the men were struck by a car occupied by four Chinese nationals on their way home from a party.

With the men thrown to the pavement, the car proceeded to drag the moto under it for a ways before finally coming to a halt. The men inside attempted to run but police, who believed them to be drunk, intervened and brought them in for questioning. KOH SANTEPHEAP
