Drug dealer not sharp enough to avoid the law

An accused drug dealer known as Kdam, or “Crab”, was left shellshocked after police pinched him in the town of Chbar Mon, 35 kilometres west of Phnom Penh.

No longer able to sidestep the law, Kdam led officers to a cache of drugs and five other suspects, who will all now face a grilling in court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
