Drug dealer’s bust gives debtor respite

A resident of Siem Reap who owed a drug dealer some cash had a lucky escape on Saturday, thanks to local cops who arrested the pusher before he could act.

Police suspected the otherwise jobless 22-year-old intended to do some serious harm because when they stopped him in Svay Dangkum district, he was carrying a sword and riding a motorbike bearing fake plates.
