A pair of dubious delinquents confirmed police suspicions when they bolted on their moto in the wee hours of Sunday.

Cops had been eyeing the pair as potential drug dealers when they approached only to have them begin a chase through the streets of Phnom Penh.

After cornering them, they found 13 small packages of yama along with drug paraphernalia. The duo are now behind bars waiting on a court date.
