Drug users riding high until police show up

A group of young drug users allegedly operating as part of a moto-theft ring were rounded up by police on Monday in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district.

Police acting on a tip raided a rental home where the nine – aged 15 to 21 – were gathered to take drugs.

Inside the house, they grabbed four motos, tools for breaking motorbike locks and drug paraphernalia. KOH SANTEPHEAP
