Drugged-up guest wrecks hotel property

A Preah Vihear town guesthouse took a hit after a tenant with a drug problem destroyed property and left without paying the bill.

Police said the 23-year-old boarder went on a two-day methamphetamine binge, then destroyed the windows and furniture in his room.

Police took the man to a rehabilitation center before the owner was able to collect the $20 owed for renting the room. KOH SANTEPHEAP
