An inebriate couldn’t drive properly, but managed to run well enough when he quickly fled the scene after crashing into a divider on Mao Tse Tung Boulevard in the capital’s Tumnop Teuk commune on Sunday.

Authorities say the drunk’s car was severely damaged after he collided with the median, and bystanders were still in shock when he sprinted away. Police arrived later and impounded the wreck.
