Drunk driver tangles badly with road barrier

A boozed-up Phnom Penh man’s car came off worse in the latest round of the age-old battle between car and road barrier late on Friday night.

The man was reported to have been driving at high speed before lurching to one side, clattering into the road dividers and incapacitating his car.

While no one was injured, one divider was badly damaged, to say nothing of the man’s car, which was confiscated by police as they arrived to arrest the drunken driver.
