A speeding drunk driver struck karma in the capital’s Daun Penh district on Wednesday morning.

Police said that the drunk plowed his motorbike into a couple driving slowly in the opposite direction on their own moto.

The drunkard flew off his bike and landed unconscious on the street before being sent to hospital.

The couple and their moto were fine, but police impounded both vehicles – as one does here.
