Drunk, hurt by loss of garment, beats three

A misplaced T-shirt and some misplaced rage saw three people beaten up in Kratie town on Saturday.

Police said the alleged assailant – who appeared to be incredibly drunk – had a T-shirt missing from his clothesline.

He questioned three nearby residents over the garment’s disappearance, but wasn’t satisfied with their professions of innocence.

The man grabbed a stick, marched over and beat them senseless before being arrested and sent to court.
