Drunken man keeps neighbour from driving

A Battambang man infuriated at his neighbour for refusing to let him borrow cash for booze drunkenly destroyed her motorbike in revenge, according to police.

The man, 32, was arrested on Tuesday after his neighbour, 50, filed a complaint to police, demanding she be compensated for the damage done to her new bike. KOH SANTEPHEAP
