Eagle-eyed moto owner spots would-be thieves

A bit of luck helped a capital woman spot a pair of moto thieves before they could make off with her ride in Phnom Penh Thmey commune.

Parking her moto at the security post outside her workplace on Sunday, the lady left just as two guys were walking the bike towards the exit.

She shouted out and a mob assembled, managing to snag and hold one of the two thugs until police could show.

The cops are no doubt hoping for a little luck of their own in locating the other suspect.
