Two warring factions in a Poipet town nightclub found a common enemy on Saturday night in the form of the club’s unlucky owner.

Police said two groups comprising a total of five men had begun throwing glasses at each other over some unknown beef.

When the club owner tried to intervene, however, all five turned on him, badly beating him before fleeing into the night.

The victim was hospitalised, and police are on the lookout for the five suspects. DEUM AMPIL
