Escalating argument becomes no kid stuff

A 13-year-old boy became the victim of a very un-neighbourly dispute yesterday in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district.

According to police, a couple had grown angry with the boy’s mother, and when the argument escalated, attacked her and her son – grabbing a stick from the boy’s hands and using it to beat him until he fell unconscious.

The husband managed to escape, but his wife, 38, was arrested by police and sent to court. NOKORWAT
