A man decided to take a short nap in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district on Wednesday leaving his laptop seemingly safe by his side.

He awoke to the yells of a perceptive passerby who noticed that a man, who was pretending to exercise nearby, had ran off with the victim’s laptop.

The owner sprung into action and caught the suspect, 30, who was apprehended and then arrested by the police.

The suspect – not so spry after all – has been charged and sent to court.
