A group of visiting “relatives” proved to be less than familial when they robbed a young man at knifepoint in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town on Tuesday.

According to police, the victim was home alone when a group of people came to the door claiming to be relatives of the young man’s father.

As soon as the victim unlocked the door, however, the knife came out, and the thieves began grabbing what they could, gathering a few phones and a laptop before fleeing. KOH SANTEPHEAP
