Fatal hit-and-run puts drunk driver behind bars

A drunk driving incident left one man dead and another behind bars on Saturday night in Kampong Cham.

Police said the 31-year-old driver led them on a high-speed chase after striking and killing a pedestrian.

As police closed in, he ditched the car and attempted to escape on foot to no avail. He’s since been sent to court. Kampuchea Thmey
