A frightened capital woman gave two suspects a bit of a freebie early yesterday when she abandoned her motorbike for them to take.

Riding home from a date with her boyfriend in Phnom Penh Thmey commune, the 38-year-old was certifiably spooked when the men drove close to her so she got off her scooter and bolted.

When the adrenaline subsided, she walked to the nearest police station to file a complaint for its return.
