Fellow throws fist after flip-out over moto fare

A 23-year-OLD was arrested after striking his motodop on Sunday in the capital’s Choam Chao commune.

Before reaching his destination, the passenger insisted he had already paid his fare, but the motodop begged to differ, saying he had not received a single riel.

In a fit of pique, the belligerent baddie walloped the moto taxi driver, and was later hauled away by local cops.
