Fence takes fall after a short-lived rumble

Police in Kampong Cham town arrested five gangsters after they redirected their angst towards a local resident’s fence on Monday.

Police said two roving gangs of young thugs had been duking it out in the street, with one group finally turning tail and fleeing.

The group returned, however, to take out its feelings of inadequacy on an uninvolved neighbour’s fence.
