Filming escalates man’s row with traffic police

An uppity NGO worker’s amateur camera antics landed him in hot bother with capital cops yesterday.

After being pulled over and fined by traffic police in Prek Phnov district, the man refused to go to the nearby station to pay, insisting on paying on the spot.

His protestations became louder, and he began filming the police to post on Facebook, which irritated the traffic cops enough to have him taken down to the station.
