Fish seller hooked by false customer ploy

Three men posing as potential fish buyers robbed a 50-year-old woman at knife-point in Kandal province on Saturday.

The local fish seller stopped when waved down only to have one of the men hold a knife to her throat and demand her vehicle.

The trio took off with the bike and threw her fish basket into the road. The woman said she borrowed $300 to pay for the moto, but had not yet filed a police complaint.
